Sport is important for all ages people, especially for children. Sport for all people to live healthy is one of the most needed tools. The sporting habit at an early age is useful for the body. Sport has social, physical, and emotional benefits; such as increase children's self-confidence and joy of life, a positive assessment for leisure time, and socialization of children. The purpose of this essay is to analyze three main effects of sports for children.

The first benefit of the sport for the children is social society. Being able to spend time with their friends outside of school is important to children. Social interaction in team sports teaches that a good communication with their peers and their social society. Also, the teamwork improves the solidarity and the sharing.

The second benefit of the sport for the children is physical health. Sport, improve the resistance of the body, and prevents weakening of muscle and bone in the time and helps physical development. Sport saves an upright posture, providing flexibility and grace in the movement, and protects against injury of body.

The third benefit of the sport for the children is emotional growth. Sport develops a sense of responsibility, and a sense of accomplishment and teamwork. Sport,relieves stress, and provides psychological relief. Also, sport can help increase a child's self-worth.

Sport provides numerous opportunities for children and teenagers to grow socially, emotionally, and physically. Furthermore, they also allow children to learn and practice in a competitive environment. Sport can be an amazing tool that helps children grow and succeed in their everyday lives and in the future.
